HELPING ANIMALS
For items in the 'Hundred Percent DONATION' section of the Etsy shop, the entire selling price will be donated to an animal organization. For all other items, 10% of the selling price will be donated. For 'Hundred Percent DONATION' items, the organization to which the donation will be made is mentioned in the item listings and shop announcement. For the 10% items, the organization to which the donation will be made is mentioned in the shop announcement. Donations will be rotated among the organizations and will be made when the amount reaches about $50.

PRICES & PAYMENT METHOD
All prices in the Etsy shop are in US funds.
The only form of payment accepted is PayPal. Sorry, no other forms of payment are accepted at this time. Please make sure you have a confirmed address before ordering. Also, please make sure your Paypal mailing address and Etsy mailing address match. If they do not match, I will contact you to verify which address to ship to, which may delay shipment.
SHIPPING
Items in the Etsy shop have shipping quotes listed for shipping to Canada and the US.
I do ship to many other places, but if you're outside of Canada and the US, please send me a convo for an international shipping quote. There are some places that I prefer not to ship to due to mishaps in the past. Please don't be offended if I prefer not to ship to certain places -- I would just rather not ship to places where past packages have either taken an unusually long time to be delivered or have gotten lost.Please note that the shipping amount charged is not solely for postage -- it includes a little bit for packaging supplies.
SHIPMENT INFO
Shipments are made on Tuesdays and Fridays. You'll receive a convo with the date of mailing. All packages are sent via CANADA POST from Ontario, Canada and can take anywhere from 2 to 3 weeks to reach you [sometimes longer depending on customs]. I ship using regular AIRMAIL, which unfortunately does not include a tracking number. If you'd like an insured and trackable method of shipment, please e.mail me for rates [it's pricey, though]. Please note that I cannot be held responsible for items that are lost, stolen or damaged in the mail. I am also not responsible for any customs fees that might arise.
RETURNS
Generally, returns are not allowed unless the item has been grossly misrepresented.
Please be sure that you want an item before ordering it! Please read the item description and measurements carefully, and look at all of the photos of the item. Feel free to ask any questions you have about the item before ordering -- no worries, I'm nice!
IMPORTANT NOTE
Please note that I share the apartment with my little buddy Humble [he's a cat]. Items from the shop are stored in boxes that he doesn't have easy access to, but it's nearly impossible to control every cat hair when I'm measuring items and packaging them for shipment. If you're allergic, it's something to consider!
